SalePack is a service of Permit Reports LLC, doing business as SalePack.
What we collect: your email, the sale details you type, the photos you upload, and basic usage data (pages visited and how you found us, including ad tracking from Meta). Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see your full card number.
How we use it: to write your SalePack, run your account, send you service emails and occasional SalePack updates, and measure our advertising.
Photos: photos are sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) only to write your pack. We don't store them after your pack is written, and we don't sell them.
Sharing: we share data only with providers who run the service (Netlify for hosting, Anthropic for AI, Stripe for payments, Meta for ad measurement). We never sell your personal information.
Your choices: you can unsubscribe from emails anytime and ask us to delete your data by replying to any SalePack email.
