SalePack is a service of Permit Reports LLC ("we"), doing business as SalePack. By using SalePack you agree to these terms.
The service. SalePack uses AI to write marketing text from photos and details you provide. You review everything before you use it, and you are responsible for what you publish. SalePack does not price, appraise or authenticate items, and its output may contain mistakes.
Your content. You must have the right to upload the photos you provide. You keep ownership of your photos and of the text SalePack writes for you.
Free packs and trials. Free packs are limited to one per email. Free trials convert to the paid plan at the end of the trial unless you cancel first.
Billing and cancellation. Paid plans renew monthly through Stripe until you cancel. You can cancel anytime at billing.stripe.com (the "Manage membership" link at the bottom of every page); your access continues until the end of the paid period.
2-Hour Guarantee. If SalePack doesn't save you at least 2 hours on a sale during your first 30 paid days, reply to your receipt email and we'll refund that payment.
Acceptable use. Don't misuse the service, try to get around usage limits, or upload anything illegal.
Liability. SalePack is provided "as is." To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before a claim.
Changes. We may update these terms and will post the new version here. Founding Member pricing stays locked as long as your subscription stays active.
